Refunds & Exchanges

At The Brutal Truth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

 

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@thebrutaltruth.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your items.

  3. Shipping Your Return: Pack your items securely and include the return authorization number and proof of purchase. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

  4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

Refunds:

  1. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  3. Partial Refunds: Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be subject to partial refunds.

 

Exchanges:

  1. Exchange Requests: If you need a different size or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  2. Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. We recommend placing a new order as soon as possible to ensure the item you want is in stock.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
